Inscribe Architects (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an architecture, interior design and turnkey execution studio established in 2001, operating from Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable laws of India, we act as a Data Fiduciary when we determine how personal data collected through this website and our client communications is processed.

6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including statutory limitation periods under Indian law.
Project and client records may be retained for periods consistent with professional practice, tax laws (e.g. under the Income-tax Act, 1961), and dispute resolution needs, typically for several years after project completion unless a longer period is required by law.
Enquiry data that does not lead to engagement may be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of our practice, including access controls and secure handling of project files. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights (Data Principal)
Under the DPDP Act and applicable rules, you may have the right to access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination of another individual to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity, subject to conditions in the Act.
To exercise rights or raise a concern, contact us using the details below. We will respond within timelines prescribed under applicable law or, where no specific timeline applies, within a reasonable period not exceeding thirty (30) days in ordinary cases.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
9. Children
Our services and website are not directed at children under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent as required by law.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes notice of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
